Strength & Conditioning

A full-body workout that builds real strength and conditioning with purpose. Expect smart programming, educated coaching, and a room full of people working hard together. All levels are welcome, just show up and do the work.

Strength

Slow it down, lift with intention, and move better. This class focuses on quality strength, mobility, and proper technique with hands-on coaching from trainers who care about how you move. Smaller class, bigger results, effort required, but ego optional.

Strength & Mobility

Strength and mobility are trained together,  because you can’t build one without the other. This class blends intentional lifting and movement to help you build resilience, move better, and train for the long haul.

RUN X FULL BODY

A full 60-minute grind that blends intentional strength training with running intervals designed to push both power and endurance. You’ll prime the body, lift with purpose, and hit the run with focus. You’re coached every step and fueled by a room that works hard together.

HYROX

High-intensity, race-style training built to challenge both body and mind. You’ll cycle through functional movements, conditioning, and teamwork with plenty of rest to reload and go again. All levels welcome, effort is the only requirement.

RUN X HYROX

Half run, half grind. This class builds endurance for the run while sharpening strength on the floor with movements that translate directly to performance. You’ll be coached, pushed, and supported every step, you bring the effort, we bring the plan.
